When processing personal data, the company proceeds in accordance with the valid and current Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and amendments to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party.

The period of storage of personal data is determined according to the purpose of personal data processing and the period of necessary archiving resulting from legal measures and legal standards. Personal data of customers is archived for 10 years.

Rights and obligations of the person concerned:
The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation from the operator as to whether personal data concerning him or her are being processed. Information according to §21 par. 1 and 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the operator is obliged to provide the data subject in the manner and according to his request. The affected person has the right to have the operator change or correct outdated or incorrect personal data in all information systems without delay on the basis of new findings or documentary evidence, or other legal action. The affected person has the right to be forgotten. The affected person has the right to limit the processing of personal data and has the right to object to the processing of personal data by the operator.
The person concerned is obliged to provide correct and complete data based on the operator’s legal claim, so that the operator could fulfill its legal obligations.
