Welcome to a demonstration of our custom automotive automation solution! In this video, we showcase the complete journey from initial 3D CAD design to the physical laboratory realization of a robotized press workstation.

🤖 What This Application Demonstrates:
The robotic cell handles a complete press-tending cycle designed for high-efficiency automotive manufacturing:

Workpiece Feeding: Precise loading of the semi-finished parts into the press.

Part Extraction: Safe and reliable removal of the finished stamped parts from the nesting fixture.

Subsequent Palletization: Automated sorting and placing of the finished components into the delivery bin.

💡 Project Insights & Details:
Customized Simulation: For this test run, we customized our laboratory workstation to perfectly mimic the real layout, dimensions, and constraints of the final manufacturing floor.

Operation Speed: Please note that the current movements are slowed down for simulation and safety purposes. The final implementation on the production line will feature significantly faster, high-speed cycle times.

In-House Engineering: Everything you see in this video is made entirely by KEAM s.r.o.

Custom Gripper: The specialized end-of-arm tooling (gripper) was completely designed, engineered, and 3D-printed by our team to fit the specific geometry of the handled parts.

Take a look at the full manufacturing process of high-precision parts for ZF Slovakia, produced by KEAM s.r.o. In this video, we showcase the journey from a complex 3D model to a finished, functional component. One of the main challenges was the internal geometry; we designed the part to be printed without internal supports to eliminate the need for difficult internal cleaning and post-processing.

Highlights from an intensive technical workshop held in collaboration with Schunk. This event focused on the bridge between advanced software and high-precision hardware in modern manufacturing.

In this session, KEAM s.r.o. presented a comprehensive look at ENCY Robot, showcasing why it is a leading choice for complex robotic applications.

The workshop was divided into two key parts:
- Theoretical Presentation: We started with an in-depth lecture on the architecture and capabilities of ENCY Robot. We discussed how the software handles kinematics, collision avoidance, and the optimization of toolpaths for multi-axis industrial robots.
- Live Practical Demonstrations:
Following the theory, we moved to the workshop floor to show ENCY in action with real-world applications:

- ABB Robot (Milling): A demonstration of high-precision milling where the robot carved a detailed 3D bust, showcasing smooth motion control and path accuracy.

- FANUC Robot (Polishing): An example of finishing an irregular surface. Using a 3M grinding disc, the robot demonstrated constant contact and adaptive pathing, perfect for complex geometries.

This event highlighted how the synergy between KEAM’s software solutions, Schunk’s clamping technology, and 3M’s abrasives can push the boundaries of robotic automation.
